Finally I added a HotFolder and told the users to "print to file" (even directly into this folder, or collecting some jobs otherwhere (local disk) and then move them to the hotfolder. This also happens for shares that are not mounted by cifs ... e. g. we have a share that is used as a hotfolder for a RIP. The workflow is, that people mount them in MacOS and put files there.
