debian 8 "jessie" nut 2.7.2 slaves not shutting down
...pected but the slave systems never shutdown eventhough I believe that all the configs are properly set the slaves should either shutdown when there is only one ups and it is running low on battery power offline or worst case shutdown after they cannot communicate with the master for longer than the HOSTSYNC 15 or UPS for longer than the DEADTIME 15

Synology NAS is shutting down Ubuntu servers after very brief power outage (fwd)
So I finally got a test in after I changed my RPi to the master and everything else (including my Synology) to slaves. Before I did that though, I timed the shutdown of my Synology since it is the slowest slave to shutdown. It took 40 seconds to shutdown, so I changed HOSTSYNC in upsmon.conf on the master (“Proton”) to 60. I then did a test ("sudo upsmon -c fsd”). The slaves shutdown, then eventually the master, but the Synology never powered down and the UPS powered off which cut the power to it while it was still on. Anyone know what the heck is going on? POWERDOWNFLAG (/etc/killpower) does not contain the upsmon magic string!!!
Hi to all, i install nut and it's work perfectly but when i start upsmon i recive the message:

Shutdown order for servers
Hello to All!
It might be not exactly NUT question but implementation.
I have a rack with one UPS and several servers getting power from this
device. One server is a master and other are slaves. All systems are
running Debian 4.15.3 kernel and APC UPS. Everything works fine but what I
need is to make an order for shutting down servers as they have different
roles.
Is it possible to configure SQL

FSD sequence: Waiting for bigger and slower clients before cutting power
...oop, for the INT/TERM/QUIT signal
(it would still be necessary to configure the service manager such that upsmon
is terminated as late as possible). The primary could start shutting down its
services in the meantime, but upsmon would hold the poweroff until the
secondaries have disconnected (or HOSTSYNC expires).
Surely this would be better than cranking up FINALDELAY on the primary and
always waiting for a fixed period of time, as suggested in https://alioth-lists.debian.net/pipermail/nut-upsuser/2012-April/007550.html? I guess I could
try writing a SHUTDOWNCMD script that doesn't exit unt...
