fixed effects Tobit, Honore style?
Hi all, Is there any code to run fixed effects Tobit models in the style of Honore (1992) in R? (The original Honore article is here: http://www.jstor.org/sici?sici=0012-9682%28199205%2960%3A3%3C533%3ATLALSE%3E2.0.CO%3B2-2) Cheers David [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

wday not honored in cron trigger
Hey guys, I was playing with the cron trigger, and I noticed that wday is not honored. Looking at the code confirms this. Has anyone else seen this? Asterisk 11.5 not honoring RTP port change in RE-INVITE
...iginal 200 OK that sets up the call - my test call was inbound to the NV7100). However, the REINVITE's version number is lower (1) than the 200 OK's SDP version number (which was the same as the SDP Session ID number). I see in the sip.conf.sample file that "By default, Asterisk will honor the session version number in SDP packets and will only modify the SDP session if the version number changes". Given that I don't have ignoresdpversion=yes either globally or for this peer, does this mean that Asterisk will only honor new SDP packets if the version is higher, or will it h...

[LLVMdev] sys::path::system_temp_directory vs. sys::fs::createTemporaryFile
Hi, all. I noticed recently that llvm::sys::fs::createTemporaryFile does not use llvm::sys::path::system_temp_directory, instead relying on its platform-specific helper TempFile. Is there any reason for this disparity? The two implementations are not in sync, either: - TempDir honors TMPDIR, TMP, TEMP, TEMPDIR, and a configuration-settable P_tmpdir on Unix-y systems. system_temp_directory just honors TMPDIR. - TempDir calls ::GetTempPathW on Windows, while system_temp_directory honors TEMP and falls back to C:\\TEMP. - system_temp_directory prefers DARWIN_USER_TEMP_DIR on Darw...

wcmd - CALL doesn't honor PATH
Hello, I noticed this while attempting to run a DOS software suite. The CALL command in wcmd doesn't seem to honor the set PATH. If I put this in my environment (via regedit): c:\windows;c:\windows\system;e:\;e:\test;f:\;f:\downloads\daphne\tools Then I put the following in f:\downloads\daphne\tools\bob.bat: path c:\windows;c:\windows\system;e:\;e:\test;f:\;f:\downloads\daphne\tools path CALL bob Then r...

[PATCH] smbfs: smbfs do not honor uid, gid, file_mode and dir_mode supplied by user mount
Hi, This patch fixes "Samba Bugzilla Bug 999". The last version (2.6.8.1) of smbfs kernel module do not honor uid, gid, file_mode and dir_mode supplied by user during mount. This bug is also logged as "Kernel Bug Tracker Bug 3330". I think this stuff is related to the "unix extensions". This patch offers to the client side the opportunity to decide to use or not those extensions....

Bug#661687: xen-utils-common: TOOLSTACK setting not honored
Package: xen-utils-common Version: 4.1.2-3 Severity: important /etc/default/xen, which carries the TOOLSTACK setting, is not honored by xend init script. The xend initscript doesn't check for the value of TOOLSTACK. It just populates it in its initscript. lnx200-39:/etc/init.d# grep TOOLSTACK * xend:TOOLSTACK=$(/usr/lib/xen-common/bin/xen-toolstack 2>/dev/null) xend: if [ -z "$XEND" ] || [ "$(basename...

Samba 4.2.0: Group write permission not honored
For anyone considering using Samba 4.2.0, be aware that there is a problem with group write permission not being honored. This is seen on both Linux and Solaris. We have a setup where we have project directory trees where the files are owned by various users but also by a group that the various users are a member of. The group permissions are set to allow group write access. With Samba 4.1.* and earlier everyone i...

Samba no longer honoring secondary groups!
Hi... Out of sudden our samba file servers are no longer honoring secondary group membership. I appears that the fileservers are no longer seeing groups. When I do a 'net -U <domUser> rpc group list' on the PDC everything is fine. I can see all groups. When I do this on the fileservers I do not receive anything. We operate samba 4.3.9 both as...

Suggestion: deliver should honor mail_log_prefix
I can set the log prefix for imap/pop3 processes using mail_log_prefix but the log prefix for deliver is hard-coded. (I'm using 1.1.13.) Deliver should either honor mail_log_prefix or have its own setting (deliver_log_prefix?). What do you think?

PRI Presentation Restricted bit honored?
Hi. I'm wondering if it is possible to make asterisk honor the Presentation Restricted bit on incoming PRI calls. Ideally I'd still like to see the number in the CDR but we can't let users hear restricted numbers in their voicemail messages, etc. The docs only seem to talk about outgoing calls. Thanks...

Wishlist: Function 'difftime' to honor 'tzone' attribute (PR#14182)
...difference of 7 hours Above, t1 and t2 represent the same time in the same specified timezone. Therefore, it is reasonable if their difference is zero. The result is like above because the function '-.POSIXt' calls the function 'difftime', and function 'difftime' does not honor 'tzone' attribute, as can be seen from this part of the function definition. function (time1, time2, tz = "", units = c("auto", "secs", "mins", "hours", "days", "weeks")) { time1 <- as.POSIXct(time1, tz = tz)...
