issues with Migrating a domain
Hi everyone
i've been trying to migrate a domain from hostA to hostB.But everytime i did it with
"virsh --live migrate <Domain> xen+ssh://root at Destination",
it failed and told me something like
"Error Domain not found:xenUnifiedDomainLookupByName".
The same thing happened when i tried to do the same thing with libvirt API like virDomainMigrate &

Support for Hyper-V
Hi,
I would like to know if libvirt support Hyper-V deployed in Windows 2012
server. Does libvirt talk to Hyper-V using the REST API provided by
Microsoft (where SCVMM & SPF are deployed)?
>From the web site, I see that libvirt support only "Hyper-V 2008 R2"

With no luck with virDomainGetInfo and virDomainMemoryStats for memory usage of a running vm
Hi, all
I am trying to get used memory of a running vm using libvirt and then to calculate the memory usage, but with no luck.
1.The used memory returned by virDomainGetInfo is equal to max memory with no virtio balloon driver set. When using virtio balloon driver and setting currentMemory less than memory in the xml, the used memory returned by virDomainGetInfo is nearly equal to

virtual network bug?
I have had a number of occasions lately where a virtual "NAT" network
(such as default) has stopped working. I have attempted to stop and
then restart the network from the "network details" but the only thing
that seems to work is to restart all of the virtual guests which use
that network. I don't believe that I should have to do that. Is there

How to: Improve Network Throughput of a XEN kernel?

I am starting a new thread to try and solve a problem I am having will slow network throughput to the XEN host (not to a domU).
I have confirmed my problem occurs with PVOPS ''xen/master'' kernel as well using http://pasik.reaktio.net/xen/pv_ops-dom0-debug/config-2.6.31.6-pvops-dom0-xen-master-x86_64 as the .config.
It also occurs with a forward ported xenified kernel
