Advice on BT ISDN Services (UK)
Hi all, I've been playing about with Asterisk for years now on and off, just SIP to SIP calls, using FWD and suchlike. I'm moving house at the beginning of September and have decided to build an Asterisk based system for my home office. I'm in the UK and wonder if anyone can give me advice on lines and hardware to use. Had planned to go with an ISDN2e line coupled with a BT

[FORGED] Re: polypath winding rule with transparency
Hi Just to clarify, I think this IS a problem with grid.path() as well as polypath(). For the example you give, grid.path() diverts to drawing a polygon (because there is no 'id' specified), and the NAs in 'x' generate two separate polygons, which get drawn one on top of the other. The correct analogy to the polypath() example is ... x2 <- matrix(x[!is.na(x)], ncol=2)

a RJS problem/patch
Hi, add_rjs_to_action_view.rb of javascript_generator_templates doesn''t work with setting Content-Type in a controller. (e.g.) http://wiki.rubyonrails.org/rails/pages/HowtoSetDefaultEncoding class ApplicationController < ActionController::Base before_filter :set_charset def set_charset @headers["Content-Type"] = "text/html; charset=utf-8" end end I

7206 as SIP->PSTN Gateway?
All, I know you can use, say, a 2620 w/2 port FXO card as a SIP gateway. Clearly you can use the 5300, 5800, and MGX8850 too. Does anyone know which cards, if any, exist for a 7206VXR to act in a similar capacity, either as a T1/PRI, DS3, or POTS FXO/FXS? What other Cisco routers can act as SIP gateways today? Thanks, Dave

Problem with gettext and functional tests
Hi, I am using gettext to let my web application know several languages. All works fine, but since I integrated it, my functional tests don''t work any more. I keep getting the error message: NoMethodError: undefined method `cgi'' for #<ActionController::TestRequest:0xb77f7f88>. All right, TestRequest doesn''t have a cgi method. Therefore I just included this into

Wrong Content-type in RJS with Gettext
Hello, I am developing an application using Rails and doing l10n with ruby-gettext. When I deploy the app on lighttpd, every rjs template is rendered with Content-type: text/html; charset: UTF-8. I believe it comes from 85th line of rails.rb script in ruby-gettext lib. RJS templates are not executed in this situation. Hovewer, when I run the app with Webrick, rjs templates are rendered with:

p adjustment on 4thcorner results
Hi all, This is probably a very simple question but I cannot figure out how to do it. I run the fourthcorner method with my data and would like to adjust the p values for multiple comparisons using Holm correction. When I run the fourthcorner I obtain the results in yellow. What do I need to do to be able to aply the Holm correction to those p values? > library(ade4) > four1 <-

Problem configuring rawlog with 2.0beta6
The initial problem I was seeing after upgrade from 2.0beta5 to 2.0beta6 was error messages from my Android phone K9 client that dovecot was reporting -1 messages in various mailboxes. These mailboxes do have the special "Mail System Internal Data" message in them. In trying to get more information for debugging, I tried toenable rawlog using the same configuration I used successfully

Unable to reference variable created in dataframe
Hello, I have question about referencing a variable that I created in a dataframe, and I am hoping the experts on here can be of assistance. I have a dataset of highway bridges with approximately 10,000 observations. I imported these into R in the form of a dataframe called "Bridges". I am interested in running some basic linear models on a few key variables with the data. Say

Fwd: Newbie here. Tips on setting up 100 phones wanted.
So in order to answer the background and backbone questions here is the system as it is. I hope this isn't too much for the list but I'll post it in response to a few inquiries. The current system is quite interesting. We have an office in a town that is about 50 miles from the ski area. The ski area is powered 100% of of generators and the telephone access and internet access goes from

Modems
Guys, I have a customer that heavily uses modems, the problem they don't work reliably with some of the carriers I have used like Level3. This is somewhat expected due to the limits in VoIP so I need a better solution. If I set up an asterisk system on customer premise with an FXS card in it and have calls sent to another asterisk box with a PRI can I get this to be more reliable and better
