[LLVMdev] `make check' failures in r102924
...ch. That accounts for these at least:
I don't understand. These are tests in the LLVM testsuite, not llvm-gcc
tests. I have a consistent copy of LLVM and I don't know of any
dependencies between post-2.7 LLVM and llvm-gcc-2.7. So they should
pass, no? Or are you saying that there are such (heretofore) unmentioned
dependencies that require a post-2.7 version of llvm-gcc to pass?

Tests in FrontendC and FrontendC++ are tests of llvm-gcc.

Intro and question
It appears I have bigger problems heretofore unknown. I've gone through
this several times today since I last wrote, and the phreaknet-run build
failed every time, but each time at a different point. The failure
manifestation was always the same--during either a compile or link of
some module, a different one each time, my entire sys...

How does one mark all messages as read (imap4flag "seen") with sieve?
I don't use the Anti-Spam plugin; I just fire off a BASH script every four hours with
crontab which iterates thru the vmail email accounts and trains Spamassassin 'per-user'
accounts. If the script sounds interesting I can post it here. It probably could use a little polish
though.

...ot too much trouble.
For my specific use-case, I've been maintaining a "corpus" of known
ham/spam messages, and enjoy being able to hand
classify/re-classify/ignore if necessary.
But I do see the appeal of training with a single script that iterates
through each user's mailbox.
Heretofore, my thinking has been that combining all "submitted" spam,
which is piped into the training mailbox automatically, whenever a user
drags from Inbox -> Spam (or vice versa), I have a much broader sample
of the the ham and spam out there.
And yes, a "shared" corpus among all...

By popular demand, we now have an 'ogg-dev' mailing list at xiph.org.
This is the new place to discussion generic Ogg format issues and

ext3 + autofs4 yields kernel oops
...am using autofs4, not
autofs3. That implies a different set of userspace tools as well as an
"autofs4" kernel module. Note, though, that the autofs4 module is a
standard part of the 2.4.9 kernel. Perhaps the ext3 patches create some
sort of conflict with the autofs4 kernel module, heretofore not detected
because most folks are still using autofs3?
It is also worth mentioning that the oopsen appear when using the
ext3-patched kernel even if the no ext3 filesystem is actually being
used. If I change /etc/fstab to request ext2 mounting, the oopsen still
appear. Even if I use tune2...

[LLVMdev] `make check' failures in r102924
I successfully built LLVM (r102824) with
./configure --enable-optimized --enable-targets=host --with-built-clang
on Fedora 12 on an Athlon64 processor. (The clang is the 2.7 pre-built
version.) However, running `make check' produced 6 unexpected failures
(see below). If there's something you'd like me to do, just holler.

Rails producing the / page.
Hi all
Very simple question, im sure, but I cant find docs anywhere that tell
me how to do this.
What I want is for the index page of the server to be generated from
rails, is www.wibble.com/ will result in a page that has been processed
by rails, has the templates etc.
>From what I can see, the index page comes from public/index.html How do
I get this to be a rails page?
Thanks

Matrix multiplication using apply() or lappy() ?
I am trying to divide the columns of a matrix by the first row in the
matrix.
I have tried to get this using apply and I seem to be missing a concept
regarding the apply w/o calling a function but rather command args %*% /
etc. Would using apply be more efficient than this approach?
I have observed examples in the archives using this type of approach. Does
anybody have a snippet of a call

...course.
the thing is, i am certain that i have been clear
that the feature that i believe will be "killer" is
on-the-fly formatted display. that's my stand.
and i'd say my reasoning has been equally clear,
namely that this will make markup dirt-simple.
the feedback loops were heretofore too indirect,
too far removed between writing and rendering.
based on the reception "marked" has received,
it's plain to see my belief is essentially correct.
but "marked" involves a workflow with two apps,
so although the feedback is now more _speedy_,
it's still mor...

Added associations but don't see generated methods
Hi,
I''ve got a Rails app working that includes two two classes, etc.:
Expense & Vendor. I eventually learned that the mental concept I had
of their relationship should be express in Rails as:
class Expense < ActiveRecord::Base; belongs_to :vendor; end
class Vendor < ActiveRecord::Base; has_many :expenses; end
