Moving from Speex to Opus (question 2)
...for (j=0;j<160;j++) { outbuf[j+(i*160)] = output[j]; } } } ------------------- I would like to ask if I can keep this "wrapper". Please anybody tell me that I can just replace the word "speex" with "opus", and it will work, hehehehehe! Can I keep the 62, 160 part, or will that be different in Opus? I am not asking because I am lazy, I am just scared because Opus look so much different than Speex, and there is no "encoding/decoding for dummies" example as there was in Speex. Could anybody perhaps give me another push...

silence in virtual extension

directory permissions set to 600?
Hello all, Today, I ran across a directory in /etc/ on one of our servers whose permissions where set to 600 (drw-------) with root being the owner. The directory is for the firewall package for the server, so it is not something malicious. Checking some other systems, they also have this directory and the permissions on those servers is also 600, so it isn't just a messed up permissions on

any more efficient way to transfer snapshot between two hosts than ssh tunnel?

So, I hear, in a couple weeks'' time, opensolaris.org is shutting down. What does that mean for this mailing list? Should we all be moving over to something at illumos or something? I''m going to encourage somebody in an official capacity at opensolaris to respond... I''m going to discourage unofficial responses, like, illumos enthusiasts etc simply trying to get people
