Example Polycom function key config
Hi,
Has anyone here reprogrammed their Polycom features keys using
sip/ipmid.cfg?
If so I would be really grateful if someone could send me an example as
I have tried various entries for hours now and don't seem to be getting
anywhere.
Any help appreciated.

Polycom 301's drop last two digits of dialed number
...mber is dialed, it works fine when pressing the
'send' key on the handset as it sends the whole number.
Can anyone shed any light on this issue? I thought it could be asterisk
is trying to Dial to soon so I added a Wait in the dialplan but it
didn't seem to work.

Sudden IMAP problem - UID Errors
...s there a way I
can make the logging more verbose as I only get info on date/user/ip
when they login. I did see a --raw-log or similar compile flag, is this
whats needed?
I suspect this is Outlook being stupid and not dovecot though.
Any help would be greatly received.

Help - Serious samba problem with Excel
...e = yes
valid users = user1, user2, user3, user4, user5
I have taken everything else out to try and solve this problem.
/u is mounted from another FreeBSD 5 box over NFS, I have tried all the
various oplock settings as well and this didn't make any difference.

Adding users by ignoring unix password file
...words for users in samba
without it being dependant on anything in the UNIX password file?
For example I want to add a user to my samba password file without
them existing in the UNIX password file.
If anyone has any RTFM info they can kick me in it would be most
appreciated :)

Dovecot on FreeBSD 4.9 - "Invalid Password Field"
Hi,
I am attempting to get dovecot up and running on FreeBSD 4.9..... Tried
with the default config file and my own one (below) but when trying to
login I get the following:
Feb 10 17:59:53 cobain dovecot-auth: passwd(jamie): invalid password
field '*'
It seems like it is trying to read straight from /etc/passwd? I thought
it called getpw().
Is this a common error and could anyone shed

FW: Why does One-Touch record mute/disconnect call if not dialed quick enough?
...within 1-2 secs this occurs.
Any suggestions? I tried setting:
disconnect => *0
in features.conf in the hope this would solve it but no luck.
I am using Polycom SPIP 301 handsets and can't see anything obvious on
these either/

Audio goes one way during the call for a fewseconds. Is it RTP, NAT, dyndns, or what it is?
We had very similar problems to this which drove us insane for ages.
Basically we use VoIP trunks (SIP) for all our inbound + outbound calls.
Call quality was good however we would get random problems where people
could not hear us or us hear them for about 5-10 seconds at a time.
After weeks of trying to get to the bottom of the problem it appeared
our VoIP trunk provider (sentiro/sip2go) had
