Read in cluster files (cdt, atr, gtr)
Does anyone know if there is a method available to read in cluster files (cdt, atr and gtr)? I found one method (http://bioinformatics.holstegelab.nl/manuals/R/library/integromicsMethods/html/iMethods.read.tv.html), but it doesn't seem to create an object that can be used by "heatmap."

Game loads, can select event's, cannot change car's settings, like ride-height etc, as that screen only shows tte arrows and not the information that changes.. goto drive, and it crashes..

GTR2 in Ubuntu

I recently have try to install GTR 2 in Ubuntu.
I have wine 0.9.61 installed in Ubuntu 8.04.

phangorn and calculation of a rate matrix
...er I've repeatdly fail to do it. The aligment is in a phyDat object
containing 30 sequences and 12 states (by using "user-defined" character
states consisting on the 12 letters indicated above). I follow the steps
described in the phangorn-specials vignette but the ratematrix (under a GTR
substitution model) is not calculated. May the problem be that phangorn only
accepts "a","g","c" and "t" as valid states for calculating the matrix? And
in case phangorn could calculate the matrix, how could I do it?
