Dozens of SIP NOTIFY messages with unique call ID's, and the same mailbox repeated multiple times on 1.6.2.6

new voicemail, to the point where it will crash the UA. I have also
noticed that the same mailbox is repeated in the CLI output several
times (see below).

The actual LDAP attribute on the peer is: 2404 at gtf

system-config-display wrongly sets up Viewsonic VG730m monitor
I originally set up this monitor with an analogue lead. Everything seemed
fine, so I didn't check xorg.conf at all. Then I bought a digital lead, and
since then the monitor blinks. Running system-config-display identifies it
as a 1280 x 1084 CRT monitor. It is an LCD monitor.
That model is not on the drop-down list, so assuming that a specific driver
wasn't available for it, I

Comparing two gff/gtf files : de novo transcripts v/s reference
Hi All
I am wondering if people based on their experience could share what methods
one could use to compare two gff/gtf files. The reason why I want to do so
is that we have constructed a RNA-Seq based transcriptome and would like to
compare it with reference transcriptome we had from in-silico approaches.
Ideally we are looking to find out
1. new genes we see
2. transcripts where the start/end side is changed (u...

Can I remove lib-elf.so.1?
I am cleaning up my 4-STABLE system. After a fresh installworld, I am
looking at files that did not get touched by the install. Is it safe to
remove all such files?
In particular, I am looking at /usr/libexec/lib-elf.so.1, which has the
schg flag set. I am afraid to remove this for fear of making my system
unbootable. Could somebody please reassure me that it is ok to noschg
and remove this old

Video driver for IBM Netvista w/Intel 845 chipset
Hello,
I am having problems with video in X. I get an over frequency issue using
the stock CentOS 4.2 driver. I have searched IBM and Intel for the driver
but no luck. Occassionally I see something about need to load a kernel
module for agpgart. How do I do this? Anyone have a similar setup or know
where I can find the driver?
TIA

Thanks!
I'm waiting to see if my current monitor actually dies. It's an Asus 1920x1200 monitor that I like rather a lot, but it occasionally acts a bit flaky when coming back out of sleep mode. (The screen fills with a white

those numbers seem wrong to me. nothing I've ever seen uses 17hz or
33hz refresh, its all pretty much 60Hz in LCD flat panel land.
single link DVI goes up to 1920x1200 in practice, and dual link up to
2560x1600. so-called '4K', really 3840x2160, requires D...

lsof builds but doesn't run under 4-STABLE
Hi,
I noticed this today. If I build lsof on my 4-STABLE box, then it
doesn't run:
boojum# lsof
lsof: PID 0, no file * space
If I build the lsof binary under 4.8-STABLE, then it runs fine under
4.8-STABLE and 4-STABLE.
Upon investigation it appears that the variable fd in the file dproc.c
is being used uninitialized in gather_proc_info(). The problem seems to
be related to some changes to

[Bug 94342] New: Nvidia G96GLM 3840x2160@30 not functional with nouveau
...without any nouveau.hdmimhz parameter.
A 3840x2160 at 30 mode appears automatically as soon as I specify
nouveau.hdmimhz=297. However when I select it the external monitor turns white
with a black bar at the bottom instead of showing the correct screen content.
Trying predefined modelines by cvt, gtf or the arachnoid modeline calculator
(online) does not yield any usable result either (blackscreens).
Unfortunately many 4K screens only support at minimum 30Hz and not 23Hz so
that this issue is a real problem. Besides this heavy mode switching can still
lead to crashes/hangs while the 3840x2160...
