I have Codeweavers-wine installed and working. I'm able to run Lotus Notes 5.0.2 and a couple of other win applications. I've installed Half-Life and it does run, but only with software rendering. I have an nVidia Gforce GTX(?) and my openGL works for linux games. How do I get wine to use openGL. I modified the codeweavers source rpm to enable openGL but something still seems to be missing. I know that bug is old, but now with the new patch of Wow appear again the Bug is the number 24928 I have one Nvidia Gforce 450 GTS 1 GB ram DDR5 with the drive 270.18 The problem is with wine wow -d3d11 appear the bar in fair mode, and the option good and ultra are not accesible. I have just bought Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, which runs beautifully on my XP install, but on my ubuntu9.04-wine/stable install it runs very very very jerkily. Unreal tornaument works better in wine thanit does on windows so yeah. And ideas how to improve the performance? Ive done the directx registry edits, not much of a change.
