On Win9x I issue the command: nbtstat -a <netbios name> If <netbios name> is a Win9x machine I got the MAC address of that machine on the last line of the command output. Hi Stuart, I often use this small function standardize <- function(x) ( x - mean(x, na.rm=T) ) / sqrt(var(x, na.rm=T)) to standardize variables.
