[Follow-Up] Domain login - XP 64 -> Samba
hi list,

seems to be my solution 'cause i'm also hitting the same problem.
unfortunately i can't use original debian packages anymore, because they
seem to not integrate the patch, yet (still sub-releases of 3.0.14). or
does anyone made other experience...

problems with LVM and upgrade new kernel 2.6.18

This problem I have on several servers, so it is not hardware related but I
think CentOS software related. After a lot of searching on the internet I
have seen many people with this problem but mostly no solution. At
http://www.gatago.com/linux/redhat/20330778.html I read almost the same
story and a solution but the solution does not work for me and I see the
same situation at
http://www.centos.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=5087
I do not know what do to any more, hopefully you can help me with getting
kernel 2.6.18...

Hello all,
I get the following and am not sure what is going on.
Its on a solaris10 box. And my share is named 'hold'

Windows cannot create profile directory
I just got my PDC working but when I login as a user I get the following
error message.
"Windows cannot create profile directory \\MOSSPDC1\profiles\testuser.pds.
You will be logged on with a local profile only. Changes to the profile will
not be propagated to the server. Contact your network administrator.
DETAIL - Access is denied. "
Followed by this message.

I'm having a problem with inherit owner... it doesn't seem to work at all.
This directory is shared
