Identifying a change in events between bins
...If anyone is able to help I would really appreciate it!
I'm looking at a number of events across a chromosome, and have written a program that collects them into different bins, based on a specified binsize. The events are directional, either forward or reverse, and a chromosome can either be fwd/fwd (all the events fall into the fwd bins), rev/rev (all the events fall into the rev bins) or fwd/rev (events are evenly split). In some cases, chromosomes switch from one state to another (eg fwd/fwd to fwd/rev). There are a number of rules that dictate my data. First, while there is stochast...

[PATCH/RFC 0/6] New mux client request to list open tcp forwardings.
These patches implement a new mux client request to list the currently opened
TCP forwardings. It also removes some todos regarding keeping the list
of forwardings in the options up-to-date.
Bert Wesarg (6):
attach the forwarding type to struct Forward
merge local and remote forward lists
generate unique ids for forwardings to be used for identification
remove closed forwardings from

incomming call rejected using IAX2 with FWD
Hi,
I cannot seem to accept incoming calls from FWD using IAX2. I followed the
directions posted at www.fwd.pulver.com/advanced/iax I can make outgoing
calls fine using IAX via FWD. When someone calls me from FWD I get the
following message:
Chan_iax2.c:5251 socket_read: Reject connect attempt from
65.39.205.121
Any ideas?
Thanks,
S.

FWD and IAX2
Hi,
I had a FWD account set up with asterisk (using SIP) and it was working
fine both ways. I switched to IAX2 and now I can't get incoming calls
from FWD. People who call my FWD number get a "480 - user is not online"
message without any traffic reaching my box. I can call FWD numbers fine
over IAX2...

Setting up Asterisk with fwd
Hey all,
I'm trying to get my Asterisk server up and running on
fwd.pulver.com just to get the hang of it until I get
my FXO card in a couple of days. It seems to connect
but that's about it. If I try to dial into it from
another fwd # it says user is not online.
In sip.conf I have the following added:

Hi ALL
Have installed asterisk@home 1.0
On FWD DID's, appears that 2 calls are generated to the inbound extention. I
have confirmed this on a number of friends boxes also. Does anyone have a fix
for this ? I set the DID simply to a custom context and it did the same...
Anyone have a way to fix this ?

Confused about NAT and Authentication with FWD
I have recently started experimenting with Asterisk. I am running the system the other side of the a NAT router and trying to connect to FWD. I have opened UDP ports and have configured sip.conf to handle NAT.
The problem:
I can call from the FWD phone and the extension on Asterisk rings and there is two way sound so no problem.
Now if in the extension.conf file I have,
exten => _.,3,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@fwd,20)
where fwd is the s...

Free World Dialup behind NAT
...nd your friends can singn up free and then you can just
connect to it with any sip client and call anybody that is registered
for free. Pretty much like iaxtel (I belive that was the name of it) for
the iax protocol. It even supports clients behind a NAT. It can be
found on:
http://www.pulver.com/fwd/index.html
Anyway, I set up an acount and as long as my * box dials into the
internet itself it works fine. But as soon as I try to connect from
behind the NAT I can't here the other person (he can here me though).
My setup:
ATA -> * -> NAT -> Freeworld -> other person
