Hi all, I have an average 2mbit multicast stream that once in a while bursts high (up to 20mbit/s) in short periods (about 200ms). Could anyone please help me with directions using tc for configuing leaky bucket shaping to this stream? I have a 5mbit/s ceiling. These are fedora kernels and the network controller is an Intel Gbit (e1000) running a 100 Mbps Full Duplex. Hi Couple months ago I started to have a strange problem with HTB. My setup is Fedora Core 2 + Pentium 2 233 + 128 MB of ram and its serving as a router. For some time since going to kernel 2.6 my HTB QoS Stalls for couple seconds, every couple minutes. If the connection load is bigger the stalling is more frequent and takes longer.
