Fwd: cgroup OOM killer loop causes system to lockup (possible fix included)
Hi all,
Please find below a complete transcript of the emails between
debian/kernel-mm mailing lists.
I've had a response back from someone on the deb mailing list stating:
====================================
The bug seems to be that sshd does not reset the OOM adjustment before
running the login shell (or other program). Therefore, please report a
bug against openssh-server.

Please fill me in one way or another.
I would really prefer to host my own streams instead of using some corporate data miner. (I stream 2 stations as a hobby)

Question regarding ''tidy'' type
Hello all,
I am trying to use the tidy type to clean up a directory that I use for
running scripts via puppet. My relevant manifest looks like:
tidy { "/root/.puppet/" :
age => ''30D'',
path => ''/root/.puppet/'',
recurse => true,
rmdirs => true,
type => atime,
}
However, when I run puppet it

Ogg VEO Codec, video in an Ogg stream
I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I ported a lossy
delta update video compression algorithm to use the Ogg stream
layer. The algorithm was written several years ago in high school to
play video at about ~5 - 10 fps on their 33mhz 486 + turbo pascal machines
becase writing link list palendrome programs was too easy.

21:51 < foxx> hello! does anyone know if libguestfs supports any sort
of COW (copy on write) functionality? for example, if i
mount an image which is RO, can i make it write any
changes out to a higher dir (such as how overlayfs/aufs
works)
The answer is yes. Create a qcow2 overlay on top of your
image before starting:
