Something similar to Doxygen for standard dialplan?
...something similar to Doxygen?
I've got around 20 config files covering around 60 contexts and 40
variables. Of course, I've maintained a basic list of the major stuff,
and documented the code throughout, but it's grown to the stage where
it needs to be better documented, have a proper flowchart etc.
Talking of flowcharts, I see there are several flowchart makers for
Asterisk and other IVRs - specifically, in the flowchart, I need "set
this variable, uses that variable, calls this context, uses that
gosub" and so on.
So it's not just dragging extensions together.
Any ideas...

Code flowchart generator for R ?
Hello dear R help group,
I wish to create a flowchart of my R code (specifically for profiling the
connection of different functions).
Maybe something similar to this:
http://www.fatesoft.com/s2f/
But for R, and that it will be free (open source would be best).
After some searching, I found this package:

Samba 3.0 HOWTO Collection: new Draft for Printing Chapters is available
...ecent PDF version of the complete HOWTO Collection is
(until final release) available at
http://samba.org/~jht/NT4migration/Samba-HOWTO-Collection.pdf
(Note that this does not yet include my Samba Printing HOWTO part
I am asking you to check and test.)
The printing draft contains 15 ASCII art flowcharts trying to to
clarify and explain various aspects of Windows --> Samba printing
and of CUPS printfile processing. However, I am not able to convert
this into something "nice". So here goes the call to all who are
willing and able to help out with their abilities to use one of the

Games-Howell, Gabriel, Hochberg
Hello,
I read a book about statistics in psychology. The authors use SPSS. They
talk about post hoc tests after ANOVA finds significant effects:
- Gabriel's procedure (for equal or slightly different sample sizes)
- Hochberg's GT2 (for different sample sizes)
- Games-Howell procedure (for populations with unequal variances)
I could not find them in R. Do they not exist in R

Dial plan logic documentation?
...; rather than having pages
and pages of printed extensions.conf output...
If you consider priorities as line numbers, extensions as
functions/subroutines and contexts as source files, you could compare
the dialplan to a regular programming language source... I've thought
of various things like flowcharts but I don't know of any really good
flowcharting programs. Besides, the analogy breaks down in that
programming languages don't generally jump to specific line numbers in
a function (whereas using priorities other than 1 is quite common).
Any thoughts?

Peeling Specification
After reading the recent thread
[http://www.xiph.org/archives/vorbis/200211/0057.html] on the vorbis
list about bitrate peeling, I was wondering if it would be possible for
xiph.org to post a specification, outline, flowchart, or a drawing on a
napkin of what the basic operations of bit peeling would entail. If
there was some sort of starting point, then it may be a little more
inviting for another programmer to step up and write something for the
people who keep asking about bitrate peeling.
Thanks,
Alan

SAMBA digest 2213
Hello Sir,
I am sorry if I am not supposed to ask questions here. This is my first time
asking.
I wanted to see if there is a some sort of algorithm or flowchart of the
samba code. I just want to see the outline of the implementation without
going to details. If there is such a thing, please tell me where to find it.
Thank you very much,
Mohammed.

Re: More on Samba 3.0 vs Samba TNG
Hi,
well, I guess that this is something that I
need to plan to do :-).
I'm developing a plan for a group of updated
docs for TNG (and Samba, compared to TNG).
Quickly, you're asking for
1) A bulleted list?
2) A Kvivio flowchart?
3) Some other comparison?
Could you tell me in general terms: do you
need to "sell" TNG to the boss or something?
I can't give it to you now. But I will
plan to develop it for the future.
If this is a general-type request, we may
get many more of these in the future. If
this is a...

Sankey Diagrams in R
Dear R-list,
I am trying to visualize where the dropout happens in our patient flow. We are currently using traditional flowcharts and it bothers me that I can't visualize both the percentage and the flow in one diagram.
The other day I came across some interesting diagrams doing exactly what I wanted, they had both flow and percentages visualized on one diagram. Here is some nice examples apparently made with ?sankeypyt...

MALDIquant
Dear list,
My name is Juan Fernandez-Tajes and I´m trying to use MALDIquant for analysing MS data from ABI 4700 series, I´ve exported a spot set to T2Dextractor in order to convert in mzXML format. I´ve imported this into R with mqReadMzXml function and have followed the suggested flowchart, however when I´m in the step for peak detections I obtained the following error:
peaks <- detectPeaks(spec, SNR = 2)
Error en embed(object@intensity, windowSize) : wrong embedding dimension
Any ideas?
This is the code I´ve used:
