[PATCH 4/4] nouveau: clean up nouveau_mem_alloc function
From: Pekka Enberg <penberg at cs.helsinki.fi>
Convert the macros in nouveau_mem_alloc() to nouveau_mem_alloc_agp(),
nouveau_mem_alloc_fb(), and nouveau_mem_alloc_pci() functions that use a new
generic __nouveau_mem_alloc() function to allocate and map memory.

[PATCH] drm/gem: Expose the buffer object handle to userspace last
From: Tvrtko Ursulin <tvrtko.ursulin at intel.com>
Currently drm_gem_handle_create_tail exposes the handle to userspace
before the buffer object constructions is complete. This allowing
of working against a partially constructed object, which may also be in
the process of having its creation fail, can have a range of negative
outcomes.
A lot of those will depend on what the individual

[PATCH] Add drm ioctl DRM_IOCTL_MODE_GETFB2 & associated helpers.
New getfb2 functionality uses drm_mode_fb_cmd2 struct to be symmetric
with addfb2. Also modifies *_fb_create_handle() calls to accept a
format_plane_index so that handles for each plane can be generated.
Previously, many *_fb_create_handle() calls simply defaulted to plane 0 only.

[PATCH v2 12/21] drm/radeon: Introduce GEM object functions
GEM object functions deprecate several similar callback interfaces in
struct drm_driver. This patch replaces the per-driver callbacks with
per-instance callbacks in radeon.
v2:
* move object-function instance to radeon_gem.c (Christian)
* set callbacks in radeon_gem_object_create() (Christian)

[PATCH 2/3] drm/nouveau: slowpath for pushbuf ioctl
We can't copy_*_user while holding reservations, that will (soon even
for nouveau) lead to deadlocks. And it breaks the cross-driver
contract around dma_resv.
Fix this by adding a slowpath for when we need relocations, and by
pushing the writeback of the new presumed offsets to the very end.
Aside from "it compiles" entirely untested unfortunately.
