Canon PIXMA mg5420 or HP Photo Smart 7520
In need of a new printer, having done a bit or research, and considering either the Canon PIXMA mg5420 or the HP Photo Smart 7520. There are Linux drivers for the Photosmart which are supposed to handle both the printer and the scanner. But in my research I haven't found (yet) anyone who's gotten the scanner to work with Linux on the Photosmart, let alone the sheet feeder for it.

...he Icecast servers itself in order to make it undependable of the feeding sources. The remote source will play a file or several files with an announcement that the broadcast is interrupted etc ... over and over. In this way there will always be an audio stream even during maintenance of the stream feeders. Done some reading how to set-up such a scheme and I believe I do understand how to configure the Icast servers for fallback and the override feature. Now here comes where I need your advice... Since the whole thing is depending on the availability of the /backup source, generated on the Icecast...

[LLVMdev] Buildbot skipping commits?
That would explain it. The commit messages were quite long (especially the second one) and a commit with a smaller message has shown up. Thanks for letting me know. I'll try to keep them a bit more reasonable in future. > -----Original Message----- > From: NAKAMURA Takumi [mailto:geek4civic at gmail.com] > Sent: 15 November 2013 16:28 > To: Daniel Sanders > Cc: LLVM Developers

Issue with HP Officejet 6500 on CentOS 5.5
I just picked one of these up to replace my 4315, which broke (I think the feeder roller gear broke from an overstuffed feeder), but it's giving me problems. I had no trouble configuring it to print, but it doesn't appear in lsusb and xsane can't find it, so I can't scan with it, which is the main reason I bought it in the first place. I've tried restarting the autofs service

[LLVMdev] Buildbot skipping commits?
Ah, ...no. please don't hesitate to write logs ;) It must be the subject in the buildbot, not in developer guys. Galina, I'll write up later, how to tweak this issue. It is not resolved in released versions, though. The easiest way is to tweak svnpoller. 2013/11/16 Daniel Sanders <Daniel.Sanders at imgtec.com>: > That would explain it. [LLVMdev] Buildbot skipping commits?
It's a bug in buildbot. Longer (than 1024, I guess) commit message might let buildbot commits ignored. When buildbot is configured with mysql, such a check is done. FYI, my buildbot tweaks longer commit log, for example; http://bb.pgr.jp/changes/24995 (Snipping is done not in the buildmaster, but on the commit feeder) That said, I wish every guys would not be made afraid of commit message...

[LLVMdev] Buildbot skipping commits?
Hi, Neither of my commits so far today have shown up in the buildbot console view. They aren't showing up in the list of changes reported by the changesource either. For example: http://lab.llvm.org:8011/changes/45724 shows r194805, then http://lab.llvm.org:8011/changes/45725 shows r194807. My commit is the r194806 that should be between them. Similarly change 45728 is r194810, and change

Printing problems with w2k clients
We have a strange problem with our w2k clients: We use two Samba server (one is PDC and the other is Print-Server - operate in security=server mode with password server=PDC). All printers are configured on the Print-Server with the Windows NT Printer Wizzard: uploading driver for W9x, NT 4.0 and W2k; setting misc. options, like Paper feeder and so on .. . So far so good! Printing from W9x and NT

Hi List, if you need any more input, please let me know. I have a samba Server 3.0.14 installed on Ubuntu. I also have cups 1.1.23 installed. I have a network Printer Kyocera 1800+ Mita which is

Running tests on OS X 10.10 vs "Killed: 9"
Hi, building 'check-all' on any of my machines running OS X 10.10 usually fails because a few tests fail due to some processes being killed by the kernel (there's always "Killed: 9" somewhere in lit's error output). Everything's fine on 10.9. How do folks deal with this? Don't use 10.10 for building llvm? Is there some tweakable to tell the kernel "please

Asterisk TDM card connected to phone linesAND fax line
I tried this with no luck on the machine, seems the fax did not like even ulaw. Ended up just putting it inline, but of course, in a multi-line setup it could be a problem. Just a word of advice, get another line for it if you can. I fought for about a year with my pingtel ip phone over a wireless connection, now I got serious and got a normal line about 5 months ago. Much better off now...

But both methods are good, and I haven't yet had time to investigate more this problem.
