Using extlinux
...system using extlinux and having a bit of trouble. Apologies for
any naiive questions and assumptions. The USB device is an 8M byte
Compact Flash card in a USB reader.
I used fdisk to create a single partition across the whole of the device
(partition 4 - is that important?) and made it bootable. Fdsik reported
the partition table as:
Disk /dev/sdc: 8 MB, 8224768 bytes
1 heads, 16 sectors/track, 1004 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16 * 512 = 8192 bytes

I/O error samba mount point (only with smbfs)
...ere was no load generating on /SAMBA2 & hence was not populating /SAMBA2
server mount point.But the load is properly getting generated on /SAMBA1 both
client & server mount points.
Steps to reproduce:-
Samba server configuration: (giving just brief idea)
create two partitions using fdsik of size 4 GB & make filesystem ext2 & ext3
respectively. Mount these 2 partitions with directories /SAMBA1 & /SAMBA2
created in / and then give 777 permissions to /SAMBA1 & /SAMBA2.
Then start smb & nmb daemons
