how to plot this?
Hi, there: Suppose I have a couple of data.frames and each one has five columns (one for x-axis, two for y-axis and two for std of y's.) There is another dimensions (besides x and y) which is continuous. My question is, how to plot such series of data frames in one plot (thus, 3-dimensional plot) AND multiple 2-D plots. I am not familar with R's plotting utilities. Thanks. -- Weiwei

[LLVMdev] Possible Typo in SelectionDAGLowering::visitShuffleVector
Hello While building LLVM, the compiler (static analysis) is giving me a warning about "if (RangeUse[0] == 0 && RangeUse[0] == 0) {". Can somebody familar with the codebase look over it, maybe this should be "if (RangeUse[0] == 0 && RangeUse[1] == 0) {", otherwise sorry for the noise. [OT] CamCommerce
I was really excited today when a colleague gave me a lead on what I had hoped might become my first production Rails site. Almost as quickly, my joy began to fade upon speaking to the client. He wants a storefront that integrates with his existing POS database...a product called CamCommerce. A bit of research on this software (I''d not heard of it) suggests that the database backend that

Domain Users and smbldap-useradd
I noticed that when I create users with smbldap-useradd, the default group is "Domain Users". Is this the best user/group default setup for Samba/LDAP? I'm more familar with the unix user/group setup like max/students or max/faculty. Does the user group have to be "Domain Users" when using Samba? Thanks, Yasee smbldap-useradd -m -a username (where the username is

FE driver and log dirty
Here''s a question about FE driver and log dirty, when live migration is concerned. Log dirty mode is used in live migration, which works for those polluted pages from CPU issued accesses, but not for DMA path (as BE driver talked here which access from another domain like dom0). Most frontend drivers don''t implement their own suspend interface (netfront implements when

About the return value of value_value
Hi, I have been working on a Python application that uses hivex. Meanwhile I have encountered some Python bindings issues which could be fixed. The next issue I see now is about the value_value function. This is briefly documented as: "return data length, data type and data of a value". For Perl, Python and OCaml, this is not true. A tuple is returned for both without the length

learning the R language (for those strong in Ruby)
I feel like I'm not firing at all cylinders with the R language, despite reading over the R Language Definition. Has anyone seen something like an "R for Rubyists" guide (i.e. teaching the R language for those who are more familar with Ruby)? Alternately, a book with lots of examples about how the R language itself works would be fantastic. -David
