dovecot + mysql (complements)
Hi, I've done some supplementary tests with tcpdump. Apparently, with a login containing the % character, there's no query send to MySQL. Do you know if the % character is filtered by dovecot ? Leading 0 on caller ID with internal S0 (HFC)
Hi all, I have a problem: On my internal S0 where phones are connected via HFC I get all the number with a leading 0 (either from internal SIP phones or external dialins via CAPI). I don't know where to look for this 0. Any ideas? Greetings, Sven -- Sven Fischer (Dipl.-Phys.) - FACIT Consulting GmbH Hausinger Str. 6 - 40764 Langenfeld Tel: 02173/16700-55 Fax: 02173/16700-60

par.plot() for repeated measurements
Hello, I am using the package gamlss in R to plot repeated measurements. The command I am using is par.plot(). It works great except one thing about the label of the axises. I tried to label both x and y axises using ylab and xlab options. But the plot only gives variable variables. The labels did not show up. Below is the code I used. Any comments are appreciated! Thanks. library(gamlss)

Problem with ZAPHFC: internal S0 hangs when hanging up
Hello all, if I try to call from one phone on the internal S0 to another on the same S0 using zaphfc, the bus is hung up. The called phone is ringing, but I can't talk from one phone to the other. The error I get is: -- Executing Dial("Zap/2-1", "ZAP/1/55|15|tr") in new stack -- Requested transfer capability: 0x00 - SPEECH -- Called 1/55 -- Channel 0/1,

Facit, I can not upload but just download from the server. Can someone tell me how to read this? (DF)

Logistic regression - confidence intervals
Please forgive a rather na??ve question... Could someone please give a quick explanation for the differences in conf intervals achieved via confint.glm (based on profile liklihoods) and the intervals achieved using the Design library. For example, the intervals in the following two outputs are different. library(Design) x = rnorm(100) y = gl(2,50) d = data.frame(x = x, y = y) dd = datadist(d);

Spacewalk? Local repo? Cache?
I have a mix of CentOS 5, 6, and now 7 servers at work. There are enough of them now that it is starting to make sense for them to get updates from an internal source. I've seen RHN Satellite in years past. It looks like it may be a way to allow Windows admins here (familiar with WSUS) to update Linux boxes. A local repo might be easier to set up, but (as with Spacewalk) it seems like
