Script to show asterisk stuff
...r, they would need to have a real time application to display how manny callers are queuing, for how long etc. At first, I thought of phpagi. It connects to the manager and does a "core show channels concise". This has most of the info I want. After tweaking with php to parse the text to exatcly how I wanted, I found out that the script would be slow if it was self refreshing (say 2 secs) and with about 30 people opening it at the same time. So now I was thinking in a script that would connect to the Manager, and parse that output into a mysql table. A Web page would consult the mysql t...

specifying destination dir for a file ...
Hello, I have two machines, that have directories that needs to be in sync ( for example ~/sync on localhsot and /tmp/sync on remote). I would like to rsync one file from localhost to remote but: on localhost the file is ~/sync/dir/file.txt and i would like to put it to exatcly this same dir ( /tmp/sync/dir/file.txt ). Problem starts when 'dir' doesn't exists on the remote side. Is there a way to force rsync to recreate needed directories ? kind regards, -- -[jakub troszok]-[troszok@medialogic.it]-

calculating logit parameters (odd ratio is exactly one or zero)
...culation formula). I ended up with infinity (divided by zero) when the odd ratio is exactly 1 (FD=12) or invalid number when odd ratio is zero (MFD = 0) after log. I am wondering how R through GLM function (particularly logit or logistic regression) treats the odds ratios or log odd ratios that is exatcly one or zeros. The sample data is like this: #HH Fsize FD 1 1.29472 0 2 1.6184 0 3 2.4276 1 4 2.4276 2 5 20.23 2 6 1.6184 3 7 1.820 3 8 0.4046 3 9 6.069 4 10 2.6299 4 11 0.72828 5 12 2.4276 5 13 6.069 7 14 4.8552 7 15 2.32645 7 16 1.6184 8 17 1.0115 8 18 1.0115 8 19 5.2598 9 20 2.023 10 21 0.6069...

fclustindex, e1071 package
Hi, I'm using e1071 package to do fuzzy cluster analysis. My dataset (ra) has 5237 observations and 2 variables - depth and velocity. I used fuzzy cmeans to create 6 fuzzy classes. >ra.flcust6<-cmeans(ra,6,iter.max=100,verbose=F,dist="euclidean",method="cmea ns",m=1.7,rate.par=NULL,weights=1) I would like to calculate the value of all the fuzzy validity

Syncing a write protected folder
...throw an error message: mkstemp "../target/dir1/.text.txt.AQGaMg" failed: Permission denied And that's what rsync did so far: . ??? [dr-xr-xr-x] dir1 ??? ??? [-r--r--r--] text.txt ??? [drwxr-xr-x] target ??? [dr-xr-xr-x] dir1 What i'm confused about is, after i did the exatcly same command again: . ??? [dr-xr-xr-x] dir1 ??? ??? [-r--r--r--] text.txt ??? [drwxr-xr-x] target ??? [dr-xr-xr-x] dir1 ??? [-r--r--r--] text.txt And no error message was thrown. The only possible way to sync such a folder without any error message was to change the permission...

Hello! I have been using Samba for 2,5 years now. I have had the same problem since I started - I can not connect the Samba server from a W98 pc when the server security level is set to USER. So I have dropped security and use SHARE instead. I can see the share from the Window-client, but when I try to double click i get an error message saying: "Write networkpassword: , Resourse:

Tellabs 2572 EC Photos here.
Hello Dan, Have a look at this link: http://www.adcomcorp.com/asterisk/tellabs I got those pictures up there, may be of help. In essence, 1 pair is either a tx pair or an rx pair. If I recall, Orange and Green should be one side, and blue brown should be the other side. I tried to upload them to the wiki (even 40% size) but they didn't show up for some reason... Anybody ever done 6 monitors on one server before? :)
My boss wants to put together a Network Operations Center, with a network monitoring server as the centerpiece. He wants that server to have 6 monitors: 4 for network monitoring tools (rrdtool, etc) and two for running commands and the like (ping, traceroute, etc). I know that with the right video card(s) you can have two monitors, but has anybody had 6? Thanks! Ben
