Patches for CVE-2024-27322
Dear R-core, I just received notification of CVE-2024-27322 [1] in RedHat's Bugzilla. We updated R to v4.4.0 in Fedora rawhide, F40, EPEL9 and EPEL8, so no problem there. However, F38 and F39 will stay at v4.3.3, and I was wondering if there's a specific patch available, or if you could point me to the commits that fixed the issue, so that we can cherry-pick them for F38 and F39. Thanks. [1] https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2...

CentOS9 Stream - boinc client??
I have been running boinc client on CentOS7 hosts for some years. C7 is getting close to end of life. Time to upgrade to C9 ... But I cannot find a package for the boinc client. "dnf search boinc" returns nothing. I have enabled both EPEL and RPMFusion repositories. Is there a boinc client package for CentOS9 Stream? -- =============== Bill Gee

[p2v PATCH 00/11] Expose virt-v2v's "-oo"; re-enable openstack
Bugzilla: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1792141 Let the user pass "-oo" options from the kernel cmdline and from the GUI to virt-v2v. This is primarily useful with the OpenStack output mode, so reenable that mode. Cc: Alban Lecorps <alban.lecorps at ubisoft.com> Laszlo Alban Lecorps (1): Introduce "p2v.output.misc" for passing "-oo" options
