Using merge
Hi,
I have two tables and I need to merge both. I use the merge command, but
in this way the name must be exactly. How I can make to compare
independently of upper or lower-case?
Look:

Entomology","Neotropical Biology And Conservation"))
data2<-data.frame(journal=c("Ecology","Environmental
Entomology","Neotropical Biology and
Conservation","Sociobiology"),qualis=c("A1","A2","B1","B5"))

Is there any way that I can store them in dr[i]?
Thanks a lot,

Read.table for macs

Can anyone out there help?
Thanks

How to create list of objects?

What I want to do is something like:

and then have all the AICs in the vector AICs.
It must be possible or is this again a namespace issue?

randomForest - what is a 'good' pseudo r-squared?
...could offer some guidance on what constitutes a good / very good / bad / very bad r-squared value for random forest it would be most appreciated and if there are any other accuracy measure that can be used with Random Forest in addition to the pseudo r^2 value? as this work will be presented to an entomology/ecology audience where machine learning is a bit outside their (and my) statistics comfort zone.
Many thanks in advance
