...on this issue? We've tried patching sshd to have a maximum 10 second timeout when calling select() in serverloop.c, and this doesn't appear to have had any ill effects. When I first started using webservers I leased shared hosting. Then I moved to vps. Then to dedicated. In all that I was with various control panels. In almost all cases bugs in those control panels would cause all sorts of issues. (ensim, cpanel, plesk). The load on the server seemed greatly increased (especially with ensim). When I built my first server 4 years ago I decided to heck with control panels. I looked at what I was using the control panel for, mainly for adding users, protecting directories or adding a new website....

The mp3 streaming is actually pretty good in icecast2, even the metadata enhancements..I've done quite a bit of testing with it, and it's passed all my tests..although my tests were not completely thorough, and additional testing should be done on laggy networks and with large number of users...it at least passes the "good network and small number of users tests"...

Hi, I am trying to access an account with rsync that has a username like this: "usernam@server.com" Please note: this IS ONLY the username, so to login vie ssh I have to type usernam@server.com. I think it?s Ensim Webppliance, that handles virtual accounts that way.
