Anybody know a way to enlarge a filesystem ext3 without having to unmounted it, when they are still space left in the volume group (when using LVM) ? I will be running large production linux system running Oracle. I can't stop the database everytime I have to enlarge a filesystem. We can do it with all others filesystems (JFS, REISERSFS and XFS) when they are created in a volume group. Why

This patch enlarges the PCI GART aperture to 512 MB. The current 64MB aperture is too small and should be enlarged. The optimal amound may be card/system-dependent, so a more sophisticated approach may be preferable. In particular, if RAMIN is less than 1MB, a 512MB aperture won't fit. Hi all, I need to enlarge te fonts used oo R-plots (plots, histograms, ...) in labels and titles etc. I seem to be unable to figure out how to do it. Hi, I just resized the disk image of a virtual machine by following the recommended virt-resize procedure. The enlarged disk is working fine, and the size is correctly detected and used in the virtual machine. But "virsh vol-info /path/to/imagefile" still shows the old size and allocation.
