Hola, ¿qué tal?
Después de un paseo por la Wikipedia en español he llegado a la
conclusión de que no sé cómo se llama R.
En la Wikipedia se lo conoce como "R-project", así, en inglés. Existen
otros nombres que redireccionan a la misma página, tales como:

Hacking wondershaper...
Hi,
First time post to list - hope I''ve not messed up on the etiquette!
I have a server running in a DMZ behind a wireless ADSL router. I recently
implemented wondershaper, which did exactly what it should have, but, of
course, knobbled the local bandwidth into the server too, as it''s going via

typical NIC.
If that NIC is connected to a switch, chances are that it runs at
100Mbps in each direction concurrently - duplexed Writing a rule that
