Hi, The patch below adds a "--ignore" option to rsync, which means "--exclude-but-dont-delete-even-if-we-specified--delete-excluded". I need this for a few tasks, the simplest of which is to have rsync resist trying to delete NetApp filers' ".snapshot" directories.
