Just for grins, pull off the cover and look at the electrolytic capacitors on the motherboard. Look for ones with the tops pushed up instead of being flat. This can cause all sorts of odd behavior. I am having a problem with and Asterisk installation where two ports connected to a TDM400 card will have a very loud noise when you try to dial. The server has an OpenVox D110P, a TDM04B and a Xorcom Astribank 8 fxs. It is running Zaptel 1.4.11 and Asterisk 1.4.18. Hello, I have an old IBM Netvista. Lately, it would seem to go into sleep mode but I have all that disabled. I would have to power off to wake it up. Now I think its done.
