Accessing memory PCI config space from a com32 module
.... (ECAM, memory mapped, not CAM, which uses I/O port access). I know how to find the base address to the config space in Linux and use ECAM to access configuration registers. com32/lib/pci does not use ECAM. In Linux the region for ECAM is referred to as PCI MMCONFIG. (often shows up as e0000000-efffffff, see /proc/iomem) Any ideas as to how to get the ECAM base address from a COM32 module? HVM bug: system crashes after offline online a vcpu
Hi Konrad I encountered a bug when trying to bring offline a cpu then online it again in HVM. As I''m not very familiar with HVM stuffs I cannot come up with a quick fix. The HVM DomU is configured with 4 vcpus. After booting into command prompt, I do following operations. # echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu3/online # echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu3/online With

(no subject)
OK, so after several weeks of trying to get various versions of Xen running of various distributions, I''m starting to wonder if I''ve got a hardware compatibility problem and as the system never really boots with the Xen kernel I''ve got no log files to tell me where the problem is. I was wondering if there''s a way to compile from source with debug turned on,
