pretty eerie feeling: Google "down", Twitter "down", R sites up
...s news(paper) websites (20min, TA, NZZ) are out of reach, but "of course" the ETH web sites are fine for me (but I'm inside ETH) and notably, www.r-project.org , bugs.r-project.org, cran.r-project.org developer.r-project.org svn.r-project.org are all fine and up... an eerie feeling indeed. z-machine + asterisk = fun!
...ty, standing in the C & O club at the University of Waterloo, where someone had just pulled out their US Robotics Palm Pilot and started up Zork. A couple of hours later, after a quick trip to the campus computer store, I was playing Zork in the palm of my hand! Now Zork is back! Listen as the eerie voice of Festival takes you into the Underground Empire, and marvel as you explore this world with your dial pad, unlocking the secrets within! Note that some more commands need to be implemented before you can actually -enter- the underground empire. For now you can just futz around on the surfac...

...yet I see thee still. Art thou not, fatal vision, sensible To feeling as to sight? or art thou but A dagger of the mind, a false creation Proceeding from the heat-oppressed brain? I see thee yet, in form as palpable As this which now I draw. http://thesemeds.com/ My people too were scared with eerie sounds, A footstep, a low throbbing in the walls. A noise of falling weights that never fell, Weird whispers, bells that rang without a hand, Door-handles turn'd when none was at the door, And bolted doors that open'd of themselves; And one betwixt the dark and light had seen Her, bending b...

Shorewall Setup.
...zones and interfaces files. You added ''peers and tunl+'' Following that change nothing seemed to work. In fact you wanted to see the shorewall status file, among other things. Well - tonight, I carefully put things together and find that everything works just fine! It is like an eerie occurance. In any event, I have attached a bunch of files above that will show you (and others) what is happening. My question that goes with this is, do these files above show that I am still in...

http://bass.directhit.com/openssh_snap/ Starting tonight I plan on tracking changes very closely with the OpenBSD tree. I need people to test the latest snapshot (9/14 at of right now) and report success or failure on compiling. I am starting this now because we are looking at a code freeze soon and I really want to ensure it compiles and runs on all existing platforms. So we (the portable
