...to deploy a ruby on rails site. I currently have some asp.net 2.0 sites hosted using IIS. I have looked at some of the issues with hosting a rails site on IIS and this looks more hassle than what it is worth. I tried it and i couldn''t get it to work. Can someone tell me what is the easiest way to get a rubyonrails site up and running on a server running windows. ...hey was not upgraded due to several reasons (systemd unreliability, K12LTSP support absence), some newer packages I was building & updating manually, some other (OpenOffice, Mozilla) was possible update from projects binaries. Now I consider the options to migrate them to Centos 6, possibly the easiest possible way. What I'd like is some as yum configuration files replacement of those from Fedora with files from Centos - and then simply do "yum update". Has anyone tried to do a similar migration?
