Hi all, again i tryed Xen for normal home / development usage ... again i ran into a problem with it. There seems to be a problem with Xen 3.0.2 and nFORCE Motherboards. I used Xen 2 with nFORCE to and had a similar problem with performance earlyer and the List helped by telling to compile the Chipset Modules into the Kernel. I tryed this too on Xen 3.0.2 but with no sucess. The system boots a little bit slower than without a Xen Kernel, but it gets terrible on Disc IO within the running system. ...uestion... Yesterday I upgradet to the newest release. I had openssh compiled at path /usr/local/openssh.x.x and simply "make clean" and "make distclean" from the dir. I allso rm'd all the ssh* files from the /usr/local/etc/ dir. Hostfiles etc. etc.. Then i rm -rf'd the earlyer release. untared the new one in the same /usr/local and ran the commands: "LIBS=-lcrypt ./configure" "make" "make install" then i started the new one with "sshd" Now the real question comes... Hello folks i just have a question i am really really tired of using Windows and i want to go back to Ubuntu, but the only reason i went away is because of Age of Conan wich i play alot, so i want to hear how stable Age of Conan is on Wine 1.2.2 because on the earlyer releases of Wine i had trouble with my FPS in the game, so i just want to hear if any of you know if this is somehow fixed or that the game is runing with a higher FPS then before?

hi there! i got a problem you see, i tryed to follow this guide to install BF 2142. http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?iVersionId=6637 i came as far as choosing destination folder, then i pressed next and its hanging, i cant do anything really.. Is there a way to fix this? in the Winecfg or something? this is the first time i use Wine and I would appreciate if someone could help me out here!

Hi, Please find attached the patches which I currently use on my desktop machine for dual head with the randr branch to fix the issues which I found. They may help others as well but may e.g. also disable the Xv blitter which might be working for some (but didn't on my card) - more information is found in the text comments in the patches.
