Black screen -- MTG: Duels of the Planeswalkers
Hello! I've tried to port these following games: -Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers -Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 ...but to no avail. My rig is Macbook Air 2010 2Gb and it runs Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. I've tried to use Wineskin with 1.3.37 engine and 2.5.3 wrapper. The results on AppDB are positive -- the games are runni...

Re: Black screen -- MTG: Duels of the Planeswalkers
Hi, I have a black screen in Ubuntu 11.10 with Wine 1.3.28. The game is MTG: Duel of the Planeswalkers 2012. I'm really newbie in Linux. Maybe someone can give me a hand with the problem, thanks in advance.

dueling audio
Easy, open up the volume control panel and turn the line in down/mute it (the main window should be for signals heading out of the card, not in, that should be it's own seperate panel). I hope that works for you :). Daniel On 6/6/05, babu <tv@wfhb.org> wrote: > > Hello, > > I joined last week and received great help immediately. I am enjoying > this informative and

dueling audio
Daniel Ballenger wrote: > Easy, open up the volume control panel and turn the line in down/mute it I wouldn't fiddle with the fader as some cards use the same setting for playback and record level. But you should be able to mute it just fine by checking the mute checkbox for the line in. Geoff.

dueling audio
Hello, I joined last week and received great help immediately. I am enjoying this informative and genteel list. Anyway, here's an interesting one: I am streaming with Icecast using a radio into line-in. It works fine, and the stream sounds great. However, I have been doing this for four years, and I often would like to listen to audio from the internet without the line-in sound in the

tough file
Here's a tough file to encode well at 128 kbit/s average: https://www.idrive.com/miyaguch/files/Shared/?curr-node=8821135668693434409 "duel.wav" It is the first few seconds from "Duel of the Fates" off of the Star Wars I soundtrack. Vorbis beta 4 at 128 produces artifacts that sound like some tones are beating with others. I identified the Vorbis encode 16 of 16 times in an ABX test. I don't think it has anyth...

dueling (s)printf()'s - what's the cure?
Hello All, I mentioned a problem with this once before, and was referred to other threads that also talked about this. But I believe a recent problem I was experiencing, may have been related to this: [: -le: argument expected. So I'd like to bring it up again, in hopes that someone might have a cure. Specifically, two printf()'s are sent to the same line, which results in a /very/ hard

I figured I'd just make a partition vfat and have both linux and windows export that directory... but under linux there seems to be an odd issue w/ creating a file larger than 800K on the samba share.
