I installed unreal tournament '99 on WINE and whenever I try to open it, it says "Starting Unreal Tournament" in a new tab at the bottom and then it disappears and nothing happens. Any suggestions? I can't seem to get Age of Empires II to run after successful installation. I have created a new WINEPREFIX directory and installed it there and tried first without directx and with it. It is gold on the appdb so I'm a bit surprised. OS is Ubuntu 8.10 and I have tried with wine 1.1.15, 1.1.14 and 1.01. Each time it dumps the memory. Thanks for any help.
