Data frame/read.ftable
...8 6 23
[2,] 9 2 5 3
Etc.
It seems like I should be able to do this using a flat contingency table
method such as 'read.ftable' or possibly using 'stack' . However, something
is not clicking and hence my plea for assistance.
Thanks in advance,

Parallel processing question ...
I am experimenting with parallel processing using foreach and seem to be
missing something fundamental. Cool stuff. I've gone through the list and
seen a couple of closely related issues, but nothing I've tried seems to
work.
I know that the results from foreach are combined, but what if there is more
than one variable within the loop? Below is a snippet (non-functioning) of
code that I

MCMC object indexing
I have an mcmc object and I''m trying to plot the quantiles of the variables - and not as a function of the iterations as in cumuplot.
I cannot seem to find the right combination of indexing to access the variables; after which I''m sure I can plot all the statistics I could hope for.
Any hints for accessing the mcmc object would be appreciated.

matrix indexing (igraph ?)
I realize that matrix indexing has been addressed in various flavors, but I''m stumped and didn''t find anything in the archives. It''s not clear if it is an igraph issue or a more general problem. Thanks in advance for your patience.
I am using igraph to read a gml file (http://www-personal.umich.edu/~mejn/netdata/football.zip
). The gml file contains vertex attributes

CCDF plotting - axis labels+overlay
My apologies in advance for what will probably be a poor post, but I'm very
new to R and, obviously, the R-help group.
What I am trying to do is plot the complementary cumulative distribution
function (aka survivor function) on log-log axes.
The cdf function with the oneminus=TRUE option in the heR.Misc package
almost does what I want to do with two problems. First, labeling the y-axis

Unexpected "Access Denied"
Background:
This situation is using Rational ClearCase in a situation with server on

Users are getting a consistent error with a specific ClearCase operation
(Add to Source Control), which we have traced to a Samba interaction.
