Is there anyone who can run .Net Framework 2.0 with the stable kernel 2.6.34 or 2.6.35? I can successfully install dotnet2 both with kernel 2.6.33 and 2.6.35, but can only run it when booting into kernel 2.6.33. With kernel 2.6.35 I don't have the permission as user to run dotnet2, and get an access denied. An example: Running AGS (Adventure Game Studio) with kernel 2.6.33 works fine. Hello all, newbie at linux. have installed Wine 1.1.17 and trying to use Winetricks to install the windows components to use with autoCAD 2006. When winetricks gets to the part where it connects to M/soft, it times out while waiting for a connection. Is there a solution to this or just keep trying? Cheers and TIA

Hi, I am a new Ubuntu user and I am trying to get rid of Windows from all my computers forever! The only hurdle is my medical billing software Kareo. When I tried to run the exe file it states that it is extracting an MSI file and then shut out. I tried extracting the msi files running w/ the wine msi switch but it states that the msi file cannot run w/o the setup file. The program can be freely

HI there guys! Just installed fifa 11 very smoothly on wine 1.3.7 (I use Arch!). Game launches, Kaka loads playing at the start, but when I try to launch a match, the game crashes with the error listed in the subject! You know what could be? Do I have to modify something in winecfg? Thanks in advance!
