routes.rb question.
I have a simple program that read all HTML files from a directory and
returns parts of the content and the file names which are HREFs to
those file.
I build the HREF string dynamicaly as PATH_TO_DOC_ROOT + "file_name".
My PATH_TO_DOC_ROOT = http://127.0.0.1:3000/docman/public/docs. So,
the final link that I am interested in might look like this:
http://127.0.0.1:3000/docman/public/docs/testfile1.html.
However, when I click on the link, I get an error: -- No route for
path: "docman/public/docs/testfile1" -- etc.
I''ve looked at the routes.rb d...

Ruby on Rails Presentation to Agile Atlanta Group tonight...
Hi everyone,
We had a really successful meeting tonight in Atlanta. The topic was
an introduction to Ruby on Rails and our attendance was 30 people,
which is over double of what we normally get. (Our attendance has
dropped since moving the venue about 25 miles north of the city.
The majority of the group stayed well past two hours, at which point
we took a break. The entire presentation and

Sourceforge CVS
The Shorewall CVS repository is now safely ensconced at Sourceforge.
http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=22587
Please note that unlike with the old repository here at shorewall.net,
at Sourceforge there is a delay in updating the ViewCVS (web) copy of
the repository. As a consequence, developer commits are not immediately
available for browsing with ViewCVS

via the Authorize.net payment gateway via RoR?
QUESTION 1.
I came across the payment module available as a ruby gem. I am wondering
if anyone has used this gem in a real life application to do the above?
The other problem was that on this page:
http://rubyforge.org/docman/view.php/516/134/files/lib/payment/authorize_net_rb.html
at the very bottom they have the links to:
Class Payment::AuthorizeNet
Class Payment::Base
Class Payment::PaymentError
QUESTION 2.
Clicking them takes you back to the same page. I am wondering as to how
does one go about seeing the ruby do...

Wine and 64 arhitectures
Hi, probably this question was already posted, but i'd like an update /
estimation to this.
Can Wine run on 64bit processors (compiling + no chroot to 32bit
environment)? For 32bit applications - i mean - not for 64 bit apps?
Is there an estimation for when wine will be compilable on 64bit
arhitectures (even without support for 64bit apps)? Since as far as i worked
through the source-code,

Knowledge Base Software
Alle,
We recently received a requirement to implement a KB/FAQ solution that
must:
Web based
Be searchable
Allow registration of users
Keep a history of user queries
Allow new queries sent to subject matter experts via email and receive
email updates when answers have been posted.
Something along the lines of what CAP does using RightNow. Does anyone
have any opensource suggestions for this

rubyforge vhost permissions issue
Hi all,
I need a project admin to schedule a permissions reset on the mongrel
project vhost, so that I can finish uploading the release candidates.
Right now the ''quick'' folder is locked down.

Problem stopping services
Hi all,
I noticed that the Instiki service that I setup
(http://rubyforge.org/docman/view.php/85/107/instiki_service_tutorial.txt),
for example, seems to have no problem stopping when I
use the command line.
However, if I try to use the administrator GUI tool to
stop it, it hangs for a long time, and finally dies.
Anyone know why this might be?

[PATCH v2 0/5] Add --print-target with machine-readable version.
This adds --print-target. In addition, v2 provides a machine-readable
version (in JSON format).
All of the record -> JSON boilerplate in this patch could be
eliminated if we moved the baseline to OCaml 4.02.

Who maintains php-pgsql package? I want to ask about using PostgreSQL 8.4 library instead of PostgreSQL 8.1.
How do I find out who is the maintainer of the php-pgsql package, please?
I want to request upgrade from underlying postgresql-libs-8.1.21
(/usr/lib64/libpq.so.4) to postgresql84-libs-8.4.4 (/usr/lib64/libpq.so.5.2).
Background on this request: Apache httpd's php's php-pgsql uses
PostgreSQL 8.1 library (/usr/lib64/libpq.so.4), which leaks memory.
PostgreSQL 8.4 library does not leak.

Mongrel as Win32 service for a camping app?
As subject line, basically...
http://mongrel.rubyforge.org/docs/win32.html describes how to install
Service
support for Mongrel on Win32. But it seems to be focussed on providing a way
of running Rails apps.
If it is possible at all, can you provide hints or refer to documentation
that
explains how to run apps that use other frameworks, like Camping, as
Services
please? Is it written up online,
