GSoC 2016 - Introduction
Hello, Thanks James for the reply. That cleared a few things out. Apologies for replying late because of exams going on. I was going through the previous clustering API to understand how it worked and it seems like the the approach for construction of the termlists which are used for distance metrics use TF-IDF weighting with cosine similarity, which is very similar to the approach I would need

create a pairwise coocurrence matrix
Hi all, I am trying to construct a pairwise coocurrence matrix for certain terms appearing in a number of documents. For example I have the following table with binary values showing the presence or absence of a certain term in a document: term1 term2 term3 term4 term5 doc1 1 1 0 0 1 doc2 1 1 0 1 1 doc3 1 0 0 0 1 And I want to have a matrix with the number of the pairwise coocurrencies. So, based on the above table the matrix should be: term1 term2 term3 term4 term5 term1 0 2 0 1 3 term2 2 0 0 1 2 term3 0 0 0 0 0 term4 1 1 0 0 1 term5 3 2 0 1 1 Any ideas on h...

...y time. I tried checking out the test suite by hand on the same machine with the same results. If I restart the checkout (or do an svn update) it will run a bit longer then fail. Eventually I figured out that 3 files were causing the problem: MultiSource/Applications/ClamAV/inputs/rtf-test/Doc1.rtf MultiSource/Applications/ClamAV/inputs/rtf-test/docCLAMexe.rtf MultiSource/Applications/ClamAV/inputs/rtf-test/rtf1.rtf I tried on other powerpc64 machines (various distros and BE/LE) and it works on all of them UNLESS they are using the latest version of svn, version 1.9.7 (r1800392). Category Number Results returned
I am looking to have a number of categories populated from my results of a search. For example, searching on "sport" would display all results for sport. I want to also have a number of categories to refine the documents down. So by clicking on the "Fishing" category or the "Shooting" category, I would only see the results on sport around that category. Now for
