IAX & CallerID
Hi All Apologises if this has been disussed and I missed it. My SetUp I have a sip phone registered to an asterisk box (a1) in one location 1. This phone dials an extension which is in another location, so a1 passes the call via IAX to the other asterisk (a2) in location 2 which then dials the local phone. My Problem The caller ID setup in the sip.conf for the phone registered to a1 is not

Ambisonics und OggPCM
Hi, this message is a cross-post to the Sursound and ogg-dev mailig list. The developers on the ogg-dev list are defining the Ogg/PCM format and on Sursound list there discussion about Amisonics file formats recently. I have not been able to follow both disussion, just skimmed through. But maybe you can work together to bring Ambisonics into Ogg/PCM? :) http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/OggPCM

Read ahead / prefetching
Hi, I am trying to educate myself on prefetching/readahead algorithm for Lustre''s read. For a starter I only have two simple questions. 1 - Does Lustre detect linear or random I/O pattern or it always triggers readahead? 2 - If readahead is triggered, how many pages are read in addition to what is necessary? Thanks, Arifa.

Sieve also filter outgoing messages
Greetings, A probably simple question and answer: can a sieve script be executed on outgoing messages? I already use deliver on postfix, perhaps the sieve script could be executed when saving to the Sent folder? Regards, -- Marcio Merlone

Ajax to sockets.
Hello, I am trying to find a way to implement ajax with a given socket server. Basically I have a support system that is fully integrated, but I can not stand the "JAVA" chat client because of the security warning and load time. So I figured I would look towards ajax especially since it has XML capabilites. I have the whitepaper on the socket server, this socket server is on the same

Re: [brandz-discuss] Re: BrandZ, Xen and Chime for Solaris 10 U3 ?
Xen will not be in update 4. We are pushing towards integrating into Nevada sometime this summer. We''re actively working on getting another release out to OpenSolaris. I have my latest attempt at building an ISO image spinning in another window right now. This new release will be based on Nevada build 66. It''s been a ridiculously long time since our last release, and I

RFC: To add __attribute__((regmask("preserve/clobbered list here"))) in clang
...out of it and use it with IPRA to improve register allocation. For this purpose I added support for this attribute in clang and clang codegen this attribute as target dependent attribute and add to declaration. Then IPRA constructs regmask from this and use during the optimization. How ever after disussion on IRC with Joerg Sonnenberger and jroelofs we think that this may effect other areas too. So it would be better to discuss this and implement this as we all agree upon it. Sincerely, Vivek -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... I have had my users in LDAP for a while, but then found that my computer accounts for Win2K in still in passwd. My question is, what are the bare minume LDAP attribs that I need for them to contiune to work? But I don't think I am going to get that

Ubuntu delta against 4.5.0-1 in experimental for disussion
Hi, I just finished preparing the Xen-4.5 merge from experimental into our next release (Vivid/15.04). And something I actually should have done since the 4.4 times is to report back the delta I have in case there are things Debian might want to pick up as well. So below is the commented debdiff between the 4.5.0-1 in experimental and the Ubuntu version I prepared so far (only compile tested on

Seeking advice on dynamic linear models with matrix state variable.
Hello, fellow R users,   I recently need to estimate a dynamic linear model in the following form:   For the measurement equation:   Y_t = F_t * a_t + v_t   where Y_t is the observation. It is a 1 by q row vector for each t. F_t is my forecasting variable. It is a 1 by p row vector. a_t is my state variable. It is a p by q MATRIX of parameters with each column of the matrix being regression

Memory size
Daer all, I have the problem. I could not run the regression, because I have always the warning message "memory.size". from the help file I learned that it is possible to increase the memory size, but I did not undestand how could I do it. Could you please explaine it to me. I would be very grateful for it. The second question: I obtained from the regression the coefficient
