How to define class type hierarchy of speeds?
...example 15.1 (Cookbook) in the howto i.e.
if I have 1000 ip addresses they are all flat there in?
It would be nice to add such an example to ilustrate that.
What I have noticed there are a lot of example but always with 2 different
speeds but no one with customers of the same speed, same queueing disiplines
but should not share the bandwidth but have each one the full speficied
bandwidth.
Or do I have overlooked or missinterpreted this examples?
Thanks for any information!

Samba 1.9.18 DOS to UNIX and back with ASCII
I have found that Samba does not seem to handle the ^M EOL character

in vi for UNIX. Other than the ux2dos and dos2ux commands does anyone
know of another solution or if this has been fixed in a more current
release of Samba?
Thanks!

Funny things were happening - for example increasing the ping
packet size by 50% had no effect, but then adding one byte
had a major effect. It took me a while to figure out that I
was seeing the effects of the fixed ATM cell size.
This is probably obvious to some of you. For the rest: ADSL
uses ATM as its transport. An ATM
