Hi list,
I have a list of tags. I want to be able to click on a tag and have that tag
name populate an input field. I think delicious used to allow you to click
on existing links to tag your bookmark similar to this (moving instead to

My guess is the code looks something like this....

syslinux.efi and vendor-class-identifier
We've been successfully installing Linux using pxelinux to bootstrap our
Linux (CentOS) installs for many years, but we are about to take
delivery of hardware that doesn't have legacy BIOS boot support for
internal drives - so I'm making my first foray into the world of EFI -
and can _almost_ get it all to work, but hit an issue that I'm not sure
how to 'fix' ...

Discover significant change in sorted vector
Hi,
suppose I have a simple sorted vector like this:
a <- c(2,3,3,5,6,8,8,9,15, 25, 34,36,36,38,41,43,44,44,46);
Is there a function in R, I can use to discover that from index 8 to
index 11 the values are changing significantly?
The function should return a value pointing to one of the indices 8,
9, 10 or 11. Any of them would be fine.
The difficulty is that there may be no big gap. I

Discover SO of my nodes
Hello all!
Using puppet 2.7.9 and Dashboard, I can see the hostname of my nodes.
With some selects against MySQL, I can also discover their IP address.
But that is any way to discover more details, like, with OS is running on
that node?
Thanks a lot!!

Survival, should I use (start, stop) and how?
Dear R users,
I fear this is terribly trivial but I'm struggling to get my head around it.
First of all, I'm using the "survival" package in R 2.12.2 on Windows Vista with the RExcel plugin. You probably only need to know that I'm using "survival" for this.
I have data collected from 180 or so individuals that were checked 7 times throughout a trial with set

Discover held channel?
Hi,
Here is a scenario:
1) A call comes in on an outside line on a DAHDI device
2) The call is answered by a SIP extension (Linksys SPA942 to be exact)
3) The SIP extension places the outside call on hold
4) The same SIP extension dials another extension.
Is it possible for the dialplan in step 4 to discover the channel of the
call placed on hold in step 3? In other words, since it is the

R-help Digest, Vol 110, Issue 23
Yes, the (start, stop] formalism is the easiest way to deal with time
dependent data.
Each individual only needs to have sufficient data to describe them, so
for if id number 4 is in house 1, their housemate #1 was eaten at time
2, and the were eaten at time 10, the following is sufficient data for
that subject:
id house time1 time2 status discovered

Force CentOS 6.3 to discover new video card

Once I install the new video card, how do I force 6.3 to discover and

What do I have to do to get the plugin tool to find my plugin?

Is it possible to Xenify a stock Redhat/Fedora kernel.
I would have sworn that someone on the list had a way to Xenify a stock
RH kernel but I was not able to dig it up on the archives.
If this does not exist I am sure it would be a nice addition to Xen to
be able to patch and build some kernels that are compatable with some of
the popular distributions.

How to discover within my application if executed in Wine?
Hi,
I'm a Delphi (Windows) developer and I was trying to use Wine to execute my applications on Linux (actually using a Kubuntu 8.10)
Most thing works great, but some don't.
I was wondering if there's a way to discover if I'm under Windows or Linux just having a function like IsWine() that returns a boolean value. In this way I will be able to fix those small things that don't
