Digitially Imported radio - let's ask for Vorbis
Digitally Imported radio (http://di.fm) is considering adding Ogg Vorbis streams and I'd love to see that happen. Probably they are trying to get an idea how many people will use the Vorbis streams to decide if it will be worthwhile (they're also considering other formats--WMA, mp3pro, and other evils). So if you are a DI listener, please make your voice heard that WE WANT OGG! There

[PATCH CI 2/2] drm/connector: Allow max possible encoders to attach to a connector
Currently we restrict the number of encoders that can be linked to a connector to 3, increase it to match the maximum number of encoders that can be initialized(32). To more effiently do that lets switch from an array of encoder ids to bitmask. v2: Fixing missed return on amdgpu_dm_connector_to_encoder() Suggested-by: Ville Syrjälä <ville.syrjala at linux.intel.com> Cc: Ville Syrjälä

Wireless links + Realtime video >= Headache! (long queue delays)
Hello LARTC gurus. I''m new to this list and have a mind boggling problem that I cannot resolve. Let me describe my problem: We have a custom built wireless camera comprised of an IP encoder and a BitsyX running Linux. It communicates to an antenna unit (Bitsyx) which plugs into a Windows machine with a digitial video recorder: [IP Video Encoder] -> [Linux Box 1] - 2Mbit Wireless

I'm FED UP with BroadVoice
After months of BroadVoice ignoring my trouble tickets for dropped calls, delayed termination, etc., I'm throwing in the towel. While they have credited $19.95 to my account, they refuse to credit anything more, despite ALL of the problems I've had. I feel the least they could do is credit the remaining $8.61 to my account, yet they won't. I haven't really been following up on

Systems Admin; Telecom Newbie - What do I need?
Hi, folks. I am planning on implementing Asterisk in 2006, and need to budget for it now, so I need to know what I'll need to get. My company has about 50 users, and is currently languishing on a very old Comdial PBX. All of our client computers are Macs; our servers are mostly OS X, with a couple Debians and a Red Hat. I am thoroughly experienced at systems administration, and can
