Doing some work with a puppet 2.7.14 installation to see what''s new and needs to be changed, however i''m seeing unexpected behavior with my manifests, so my external node directory isn''t being imported. samba 4 and unix groups
...method to create this link, or is it even needed? (It'll
probably be useful as we're going to be using samba to provide cifs based
file shares back to linux hosts, and keeping uids/gids similar will be
beneficial)
Thanks,

New mailing lists: CentOS is going international!

There is Rodrigo Barbosa, who is running the CentOS-pt-br mailing list,
because he is one of the people who are speaking this language. If that
doesn't make him a good moderator, what else will?
Then there is Tru Huynh of CentOS fame who still has time on his hands
to run CentOS-fr.
Daniel DeKok, resident spell checker (I haven't found an error on the
wiki he didn't spot first) is running CentOS-nl.
David Hrb?? has offered to run CentOS-cz, hoping that he'll still have
some free time after you storm the list.

problems after migrating NT domain to AD (samba 4.7.x)
...name contains a period, change the name by migrating the domain to a new domain structure. Do not use periods in new NetBIOS domain names.
Rest my case.
Solution: Fix you netbois domainname and your good to go.
And setup as shown in the link of the samba wiki.
I've verified that with Alan DeKok of freeradius.
Greetz,
Louis

problems after migrating NT domain to AD (samba 4.7.x)
Dear List,
My domain +/- works, so I try to fix rest services based on domain NT/AD....
I use WiFi authorization with PEAP/MSCHAPv2 + freeradius (before
migration it works).
And after migration autorization does not work.
Freeradius server is on samba domain member.
So i check domain connectivity:
[root at see-you-later samba]# net ads testjoin
Join is OK

[ SOLVED ] ISDN problem: lacking dialtone
Hi Martin,
I saw your problem listing on the Asterisk mail archives. I seem to have the same problem with the ISDN 'lacking dialtone' message
I still have not been able to get it working, could you share your modem / extension / sip conf files?
Thanks in advance!

[ISDN] Problem: Device '/dev/ttyI1' lacking dialtone
All,
Currently I've got my Asterisk machine running smoothly on IP bases. Meaning I can reach all phones or softphones within my LAN or remote LAN's via VPN. The next step for me is connecting it to the PSTN network.
After some tweaking with the modem.conf I got the i4l driver running correctly, and it appears that my Fritz! ISDN v2 card is working correctly.
I have added the
