We have 'echocancelwhenbridged=no' set in /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf. We're dialing into a Lucent TNT which drops the call with a cause code of 11 (DCD-Detected-Then-Inactive. I have a box that monitors the surrounding environment and sends a signal to a debian machine when it is time to shut down, according to the developers of the box it uses and old standard of UPS signaling. It is super simple, it just changes the DCD status to high when it is time to shut down. Has anybody heard of this kind of signaling, i have googled without success. Hello everyone, If anyone is interested, I have created a HOWTO on running a Motorola GPS receiver connected to a CentOS 7 box via serial port (com1), with 1PPS over DCD. The trick here is that CentOS 7 uses systemd and setup was a bit different. Anyway, everything works. The result is a highly accurate NTP server, Stratum 1.
