Dear all, I have a running Windows2000 Domain in Native mode. Is there a possibility to let Samba join this domain ? When asking SOA there is one: the name server which replied, it replied "I am SOA". Hi, I am attempting to connect my dell SC420 to a 32" LCD at 1366x768. I have attached my currect config file and currect X start log. How do I massage the xorf file to run at the native resolution of the LCD? It currently runs but is in a virtual mode. The screen scrolls. Any help is appreciated. I am using Centos 4.1. SOA means "this DNS se'rver can modify the zone". Using Bind-DLZ all DNS servers can modify the AD zones, they all reply "I am the SOA" when you ask them about SOA for AD zones. Using Internal DNS I expect all DNS servers can modify the AD zones also (that's internal stuff) but even if they can modify the AD zone locally that's is not the process chosen by Samba
