which DNS backend ?
...>
Several SOA is easy to design without breaking RFC: as every DNS server in
AD is able to modify the zone, every DNS server in AD is SOA. As any DNS
server is SOA and only one SOA can be returned, these DNS server must reply
"I am SOA".
10 DC running a DNS server.
One client asking to DC07 for SOA.
DC07 replies "SOA is DC07".
One client asking to DC02 for SOA.
DC02 replies "SOA is DC02".
This client ask for NS, all DNS server will reply 10 entries, one per DC
which is name server.
A DC don't need to be name server.

preparing to upgrade 4.6.7 to current
...to upgrade from 4.6.7 (from source) to current 4.7.5.
I have completed other version upgrades in the past and have not
experienced this event. I have two (2) DC running as domain controllers
properly replicating each to each other.
On the (non-FSMO) DC I ran this to check the db and got:

samba4 domain member and multiple domains
...A
.DOMA = DOMA
DOMB.realm = DOMB.realm
.DOMB.realm = DOMB.realm
[realms]
DOMA = {
kdc = ds1.DOMA.realm
kdc = ds2.DOMA.realm
kdc = ds3.DOMA.realm
admin_server = ds1.DOMA
default_domain = DOMA
}
DOMB.realm = {

kdc = dc07.DOMB.realm
kdc = dc08.DOMB.realm
admin_server = dc05.DOMB.realm
default_domain = DOMB.realm
}
How do I get my DOMB to be "active directory" enabled and be marked "online"?
