Samba issues with Solaris 10
Hello,
I am configuring Samba for the first time and I have configured it on a
Solaris 10 server. I believe I have everything setup correctly. The smbd
daemon is running and I performed a test with the smbclient. The problem
I'm now having is from the windows client. From the Windows client I map
a drive, I log in with the user account and passwd, when I click to
connect, I don't get

Help with USB support for a Kebo UPS-650D
...I get NUT to
try using each of the new HID usb drivers with my UPS? It appears to be
ignoring my UPS, presumably because it can't match the vendorid or productid
to a specific driver. Where can I set this? What should I try next?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Andrew Dancy

[Bug 3229] New: Don't make backup file if destination file wasn't modified
...n't
modified
Product: rsync
Version: 2.6.3
Platform: All
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P3
Component: core
AssignedTo: wayned@samba.org
ReportedBy: dancy@franz.com
QAContact: rsync-qa@samba.org
Enhancement request. I would like a modifier to the -b option that prevents
backup files from being created if the corresponding destination file was not
actually modified.

I'd love to get this thing working in Linux ;-)

Really Silly Question From Total Newbie
Hello All -
I've been poking around the past few weeks, trying to familiarize
myself with all of this. I am new to Linux, VoIP and Asterisk -- to
be complete. This is my first exposure to all of these technologies.
I installed AsteriskNow on my old dual Pentium 833mhz Dell PowerEdge
2400 and the install went well. I can log in and poke around in
Linux and I even configured the box to be
