Setup ReceiveFax(), fax2mail, mime-construct - but now Sendmail :(

which all seems work well on the CLI. No errors.
fax2mail uses mime-contruct to send the fax by sendmail. That didn't work.

This is the only SMART_HOST in the config file. I started with the default
CentOS 7.7 sendmail.mc and have not added anything else. just changed teh
SMART_HOST.
Why is mail relay to mx203.inbound-mx.net ????

dovecot LDA with sendmail

deliver and root user
On RHEL5, dovecot 1.0.7, I have set up sendmail to use `deliver` for
my local mda. It keeps giving me this error for the root user though:

Using dovecot-lda with sendmail
...g/LDA/Sendmail, by adding the lines to
/etc/mail/sendmail.mc, recompiling to /etc/mail/sendmail.cf and
restarting sendmail -- the process for any sendmail config change.
However it is still not working and in the maillog, it shows:
sendmail[31949]: sAEM4GTt031742: to=<user at localhost>,
ctladdr=<test at localhost> (1000/1000), delay=00:08:31, xdelay=00:00:00,
mailer=local, pri=210942, dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: local mailer

I verified that SELinux is not interfering in this case.
I see talk of having sendmail run /usr/lib...
